Nikki Smith founded The Visitor-Marketing Consultancy to support visitor attractions and tourism ventures through strategic and practical marketing advice.

Her more than 30 years’ hands-on experience means she can help boost your marketing efforts with anything from overarching, innovative thinking to practical support based on a deep understanding of day-in, day-out operations.

Nikki Smith

Nikki’s expertise encompasses formulating strategy, communications-planning and advising on day-to-day marketing, all tailored to visitor attractions’ needs and objectives.

She derives this blend of experience from two sources. Firstly, from the sheer variety of her previous roles – Promotions Manager, General Manager, Marketing Director, Attraction Owner – but also from 14 years running Flamingo, a successful Marketing & PR Agency, whose clients ranged from Blenheim Palace, Treasure Houses of England, Hoghton Tower, to Lightwater Valley & Flambards Theme Parks, as well as Beefeater and Plymouth Gin and Sony Music My Christmas Trail Lights.
